Advanced MRI & CT of Escondido Policies

Hours of Operation

Our services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Emergent appointments can be scheduled after-hours.

Scheduling Appointments

New appointments can be scheduled by contacting Cynthia or Kristi at (760) 743-3873. Please have all current insurance information on hand when scheduling an appointment (i.e. insurance company name and address, claim number, adjuster, phone number, etc.).

Cancellation of Appointments

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Repeated cancellations may result in a $20.00 fee for valuable exam space wasted. Please be courteous and call when you are not able to keep the appointment. We will gladly reschedule a time that will be more convenient for you.

Test Results

Test results will be readily available within a 24 hour period. Stat readings are available to physicians upon request and all written reports will be faxed to the referring doctor.

Billing Questions & Payment

All billing questions should be directed to our billing office attention Jodie Taylor at (760) 743-3873. All charges are the responsibility of the patient from the date the services are rendered. The filing of claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients. If you run into financial trouble we encourage you to contact our office so we can set up a payment plan. Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. Your insurance contract is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We will gladly assist you in answering any questions that you might have relating to your insurance and your proposed treatment.
